h2u is a membership-based healthcare organization that empowers people 50+ to manage their health and live a healthy lifestyle through education and member benefits. 

Portsmouth Regional Hospital no longer offers a local h2u progam, although the national benefits will still be available by calling
1-800-771-0428 or visiting www.h2u.com.

Please be aware that current h2u members will automatically become members of Wentworth Connections, where current membership status will be honored. All benefits, as displayed on the back page of the recent h2u newsletter will apply to Wentworth Connection members. After current memberships with h2u expire, individuals will have a choice if they want to continue.

Former h2u advisor Cynthia Pappas Shanley is the new Director of Wentworth Connections which is located on Parrott Avenue in what was previously the home of Compass Care and the Senior Citizens Center. Her number is 603-430-0070.
