To Portsmouth Regional Hospital:

Traveling north:

Take I-95 North to Exit 3, the first Portsmouth exit. Turn right onto Route 33 eastbound. Proceed about 600 feet to the traffic light and make a left turn. The road veers to the right and becomes Borthwick Avenue. Follow Borthwick Avenue to Portsmouth Regional Hospital on the left.

Traveling south:

Take I-95 South to Exit 3, the last Portsmouth exit. Turn right onto Route 33 eastbound. Cross over I-95 and proceed about 600 feet to the traffic light and make a left turn. The road veers to the right and becomes Borthwick Avenue. Follow Borthwick Avenue to Portsmouth Regional Hospital on the left.

Traveling east on Routes 4 and 16:

US-4 E becomes NH-16 S. Enter the Portsmouth Traffic Circle, travel half-way around the circle and follow signs for Route 1 By-pass South. Take a right onto Borthwick Avenue. Portsmouth Regional Hospital is on the right.

To Lafayette Professional Park:

Traveling north:

Take I-95 North to Exit 3, the first Portsmouth exit. Turn right onto Route 33 eastbound, proceeding east for about 1.5 miles. Make a right onto South Street. Follow South Street to Lafayette Professional Park on your right at the intersection of South Street and Route 1 (Lafayette Road).

Traveling south:

Take I-95 South to Exit 5 in Portsmouth. Take an immediate right, following the signs for the Route 1 By-Pass into the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Follow the Route 1-Bypass south for 1 mile and turn left onto Greenleaf Avenue. Proceed north on Greenleaf Ave. until it merges onto Route 1 North. Turn left onto South Street. Lafayette Professional Park is on your left at the intersection of South Street and Route 1 (Lafayette Road).
