George Lantz, DO

Dr. Lantz is Board Certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. He completed his residency and fellowship through the Harvard Medical School program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lantz served in the United Sates Army, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and in two Afghanistan tours as Chief of Anesthesiology and Senior Medical Officer.
