Dr. Morwood completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Duke University. He then went on to complete sub-specialty Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma at Tampa General Hospital in Florida, a nationally renowned Level 1 Trauma Center. He then completed his Adult Reconstruction fellowship at the Hofmann Arthritis Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah.
