Biography
Dr. Parsons specializes in orthopaedic problems of the knee, hip and shoulder including primary and revision joint replacement procedures, arthroscopy and fracture care. He as the first person in the state to perform a reverse shoulder replacement and has extensive experience in treating complex problems and failed prior procedures
